Glenn Carter
President and CEO

Glenn has held various technical and management positions in the semiconductor industry. He founded of a software company providing general software and technical services to mid-sized businesses. He has been President of three startups. His 30+ years of technology business experience has also included time spent with STARTech Early Ventures in Dallas, Texas, as a Mentor to start-ups and Entrepreneur in Residence. He holds BSEE and MAMath.

David King
Manager Intellectual Property

Mr. King, earned a BS in Physics at Illinois State University and a MSEE from the University of New Mexico . He has worked at SVT Asociates and at ANADIGICS, Inc. and joined Spinnaker Semiconductor in 2004 focusing on device modeling, process evelopment, supercomputer management, and intellectual property management.
